Hello, I’m Kevin Legako.  I have worked in the training and development field for over 20 years.  When considering my high-school landscaping business, I would assert I have been helping clients determine their needs for over 30 years.

My work crosses several industries including food, beverage, and hospitality, mental health, medical and allied health, government, K-12, professional development, and banking and finance. I am an expert consultant with keen observation and listening skills.  A genuine commitment to the client and a diplomatic demeanor enable me to present information, provide recommendations, and drive toward the most effective and efficient solutions.

Analysis and design are my strengths and professional passions. I enjoy the subject matter expert interview process, and I am effective at helping clients identify their organizational learning and performance improvement needs. Broad development experience (including 5 years as a Flash developer) provide me with a unique knowledge and skill set; I am able to ask the right questions and identify the technical possibilities and challenges of a given solution.

I grew up in Oklahoma and currently reside outside of Atlanta GA with my wife, daughter, son, our dog, and two cats. When not working, I enjoy hiking, biking, and paddling in the mountains and rivers of Georgia and Tennessee.
