GVTC/Georgia Merit System: Performance Management Process

This e-Learning course was developed for new managers in the Georgia Merit System. The e-Learning solution replaced a prior instructor led, video based class. We developed animated slide shows from the images and audio of the previous training video. As broadband video was still a bandwidth and compression issue, this approach allowed us to create e-Learning that could successfully be delivered to 90% of the remote locations.
